Doug has over 20 years experience ranging from internal IT, consulting and sales. He has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of Cybersecurity and the Networking landscape. Doug has held Sales Leadership Roles in companies focused on Data Privacy, Network Security, Application Performance Management and Mobile Device Security & Management. He received his Master’s of Science, Information Technology and Security from Capella University and his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from John Carroll University.

Daniel is a People-Focused Sales Leader with a proven track record of driving growth across a diverse set of organizations. He has scaled sales organizations and driven revenue growth for companies from startups to established enterprises.

Padraic brings 20 years’ experience in the areas of finance, accounting and strategic planning at start-ups as well as rapidly growing SME’s. As Chief Financial Officer at Waratek, Padraic is responsible for finance, legal and corporate secretarial. In the past Padraic has held senior leadership roles and has successfully led finance projects which were both strategic and transformative in nature. Padraic has a BSc in Applied Science from TU Dublin and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Jakub is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development, architecture, and developer tooling. With a career spanning roles in engineering management and hands-on development, he has successfully led teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. As VP of Engineering at Waratek, Jakub fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and ensures technical excellence across projects to deliver impactful results.

Tony O’Keeffe is responsible for leading the Customer Success Department for Waratek, ensuring customer satisfaction. Tony brings over 30 years industry experience in software design, development, team leadership and project management in organisations such as Aldiscon, Trintech, O2 and Realex Payments. Tony has a BSc in Applied Computing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Cloud Computing, an MBA from UCD Smurfit School and is a Certified ScrumMaster.
